Note that copays very by insurance and plan. Typical copays very from $5 to $30 per session.

If you are not in-network with these insurance providers, my rate starts at $205 per session.

Virginia:

• Aetna (in-network)

• Quest Behavioral Health (in-network)

’m working toward becoming an in-network provider with additional insurance providers in Virginia (more information to come in December 2025).

In the meantime, I’m happy to walk you through out-of-network benefits you may have through your insurance. My sliding scale rate starts at $135 per session.

My out-of-network rate is $205 per session.

I’m happy to assist you in figuring out your OON benefits during our consultation. OON benefits are common if you have a PPO.

In my experience, clients with OON benefits can expect to get 30-70% of their out-of-pocket therapy expenses back from their insurance.

You may also call your insurance company and ask about your mental/behavioral health coverage. Here are some specific questions you might want to ask:

• Do I have “out-of-network” coverage?

• Do I have coverage for mental/behavioral health services?

• What percentage of my OON expenses will I be reimbursed per session?
